• Oversee high volume inbound and outbound logistics (sea, air, road & train), ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and/or distribution of goods.

• Track all shipments in a centralized shipment tracker and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Logistics Manager

People Operations

• Act as the first point of contact for employees across regions, addressing questions related to time tracking, payroll, benefits, leave, and policy.
• Own payroll processing across the US, UK, and France, including validation of timekeeping, pay changes, deductions, and employee inquiries.
• Maintain payroll documentation and reporting to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and bring recommendations for improving payroll operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for benefits enrollment, employee questions, and vendor issue resolution across regions.
• Support open enrollment, life event changes, and ongoing administration, ensuring accuracy across payroll and vendor systems.
• Coordinate leave of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes with clear employee communication and proper documentation.
• Reconcile benefit deductions and invoices in partnership with Finance.
• Support global HR compliance, audits, unemployment claims, and documentation practices to ensure operational and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc People Ops reporting and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

People Operations Coordinator

• Work closely with the Art Director and Creative + Development Team to produce product renderings, presentations, and artwork.
• Conceptualize designs tailored to clients’ branding, market trends, and preferences.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout projects by understanding and adhering to client guidelines.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, executing and maintaining high design standard.
• Balance priorities effectively, meeting deadlines while communicating with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to relentlessly collaborate and at the same time work independently on several different projects at once.
• Must be commercially and financially aware of the business, from creative time management of projects and product development.
• Prepare accurate, factory-ready artwork and maintain organized production files for efficiency.
• Create marketing materials, including newsletters and collateral, for Twelve.

• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across various seasons, clients, and price points
• Negotiate costing, MOQs, and production details for multi-SKU programs; experience sourcing outside of China is a plus
• Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and overseas factory partners to develop product and packaging concepts across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and retail categories
• Collaborate daily with creative teams to source products, materials, and fabrication processes for client deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand identity and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the product development lifecycle
• Communicate clear, actionable instructions to design and factory partners through product decks, mockups, and spec sheets
