About the role
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across Delivery and R&D.
- Own individual requisitions while ensuring consistent high-quality delivery against hiring needs.
- Set, monitor, and report on team performance metrics and drive accountability for meeting shared goals.
- Partner closely with Delivery and R&D leadership to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Drive a data-driven recruiting culture, ensuring consistent use of metrics to track progress and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Turing as an employer of choice in the global talent market.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles in Delivery, R&D, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Demonstrated ability to manage individual requisitions while leading a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth, or startup environments is highly desirable.
