Run tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and creative approaches.
Provide a standout candidate experience, from first touch through offer and onboarding.
Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and keep us ahead of hiring goals (~10–15 hires per quarter).
Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities we offer to the talent market.

Requirements
Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, with a strong track record filling technical roles at all levels.
Deep expertise in technical recruiting, with proven success hiring engineers (entry to leadership), product managers, and product designers.
Demonstrated ability to fill hard-to-hire technical roles at speed (<90 days) without compromising quality.
Hustle and drive—you’re self-directed, thrive in ambiguity, and know how to get it done.
Comfort managing 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed.
Strong experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms, plus a track record of using AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate experience.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to report and act on key recruiting metrics.
A continuous improvement mindset—always testing and refining recruiting strategies, tools, and processes to raise the bar.
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and hiring managers.
Availability for occasional travel for meetings, conferences, company events (~1x per quarter).
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing approaches.
