About the role
- Recruit, source, and screen actuarial candidates
- Conduct interviews, check references, extend offers, and conduct new hire orientation
- Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes
- Review received customer census files, scrub for required information, and format for ingestion into systems
- Collaborate with new business enrollments team to ensure data quality and onboarding readiness
Requirements
- Actuarial recruiting experience is a must have
- Heavy sourcing background
- 4-6 years experience
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation/onboarding
- Experience performing exit interviews and processing change of employee status
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Assist new business enrollments team with reviewing and formatting customer census files for system ingestion
- Employees can work remotely
