About the role Own end-to-end global talent and development functions for the agency Execute full-cycle recruiting: source candidates, review resumes, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, draft job postings, and craft candidate scorecards Build and manage talent pipelines and relationships with associations, universities, and online communities Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy Manage and enhance employer brand with hands-on posting and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms Develop employer branding content and track effectiveness of branding initiatives Administer internal job postings, facilitate internal mobility and referral programs Design, launch, and facilitate development and retention programs: workshops, onboarding sessions, mentor programs, and growth initiatives Gather and analyze feedback to improve development, retention strategies and onboarding Act as hands-on HR partner to hiring teams and employees; address candidate/employee queries Regularly report recruiting and development metrics to the CPO and ensure US/Canadian compliance Stay informed on industry trends and prepare presentations for senior leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are an asset 4-7 years’ progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development, ideally in digital/creative/agency environments Demonstrated ability to successfully execute high-volume recruiting/branding activities and hands-on learning initiatives Experience managing employer social media presence, especially on LinkedIn Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with recruiting/talent management software (ATS/HRIS) Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Flexible and resourceful; able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong written and verbal communication Eligible to work in the US or Canada Occasional travel for events or training may be required Must be able to work from one of the following US states where Mod Op does business: NY, NJ, CT, PA, OH, VA, GA, NC, SC, FL, TX, MO, IN, MN, OR Health, dental and vision benefits 401k plus matching Life Insurance Company-sponsored Calm app Pet insurance Unlimited LinkedIn Learning license Generous time off plus December holiday closure Copy ATS Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
