• Own growth operations, including funnel optimization, automation initiatives, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional programs across product-led, operations-led, and marketing-led growth initiatives.
• Drive structured problem-solving: define hypotheses, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
• Ensure alignment and accountability across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales stakeholders.
• Build and track growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting for monthly business reviews.
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of growth funnels, systems, and processes.
• Operate hands-on across analytics, marketing technology, strategy, and execution as needed.
