About the role

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with PM oversight.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties to outline work plan and assign duties.
  • Direct and coordinate activities to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Determine project roles based on requirements, timeframes and budget.
  • Provide industry-specific knowledge based on customer direction.
  • Identify technical approach for assigned projects.
  • Create execution plan with milestones.
  • Recruit, train/develop, and manage performance of the team.
  • Continuously perform risk assessment and mitigate roadblocks.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationship with customer and high satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality service and resolve problems to meet service levels.
  • Produce regular status reports and lead project team meetings.
  • Manage scope changes and client/internal change orders.
  • Maintain focus on customer service and predictable results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry related experience required.
  • 3+ years' project management experience within the cable TV or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required. A combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Experience with a major MSO or Telecom provider preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relevant, project related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Intermediate to Expert ability with Windows operating systems.
  • Expert level ability with Microsoft office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
