About the role
- Represent corporate clients and insurers in general liability matters, including auto, premises, and commercial claims
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with minimal supervision
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication
- Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Georgia bar license
- At least 2 years of litigation experience, with exposure to depositions or hearings
- Strong writing, research, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with independence and initiative
- Interest in long-term growth within a litigation-focused practice (nice-to-have)
- Desire to contribute to a high-performing, collegial team (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated success juggling billables and client service demands (nice-to-have)
