About the role

  • Lead the global VIP division (~500 employees) ensuring best-in-class service, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive global initiatives to enhance customer experience for high-value players and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, multicultural team across multiple regions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, implement processes, KPIs, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee VIP lifecycle management: acquisition, retention, reactivation strategies.
  • Monitor player behaviors and implement data-driven strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gambling frameworks and global regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with marketing, product, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Represent the VIP department at executive level and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior executive position (VP, COO, MD, or similar) within the iGaming, online gambling industry.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale teams (500+ employees) in a multinational environment.
  • Strong background in VIP / customer engagement / high-value account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in customer retention, revenue growth, and service quality.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and competitive global environment.
