About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines
Requirements
- No previous experience required (some customer service experience ideal)
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to learn to use new computer tools
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and decision making skills
- Attention to detail
- Empathy when dealing with customers
- Dutch or Flemish language skills (advanced/native)
- English language skills (conversational)
- Professional attitude and punctual attendance
- Able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, follow procedures and instructions
- Flexible to work on shift basis
