  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to learn to use new computer tools

  • Empathy when dealing with customers
  • Dutch or Flemish language skills (advanced/native)
  • English language skills (conversational)
  • Professional attitude and punctual attendance
  • Able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, follow procedures and instructions
