About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and general questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first approach.
