About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and general questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Record and manage customer interactions, feedback, and issues using internal systems.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first approach.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software systems.
