About the role
- Review user-generated content on digital marketplaces to prevent scams, fraud, and cyber grooming
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and reports via email
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and country-specific laws
- Moderate content to help foster a safer and more respectful online community
- Collaborate as part of a team focused on online safety; operate in a hybrid setup with remote work within Malta
Requirements

- Fluent in German (read and write)
- Basic to conversational English

- Strong decision-making skills
- Willingness to work rotational morning and late shifts (no night shifts)
