About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for client brand across phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Deliver empathetic, efficient customer service and resolve inquiries
- Support daily operational tasks such as supplier management and order processing
- Share insights to improve customer experience and internal tools
- Collaborate with team via Slack and with peers to meet targets
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets
Requirements
- Must be based in Malta
- Native-level French and fluent English
- Customer service experience in a consumer-facing setting
- Experience working to performance targets and meeting KPIs
- Comfortable with phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
- Tech-comfortable; Zendesk experience preferred
- Familiarity with Google/Microsoft productivity tools
- Enthusiasm for mobile games and tech topics
- Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Availability for shifts mainly between 08:00–19:00 CET, including weekends
- Must provide own PC/laptop (BYOD)
