About the role

  • Responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value
  • Able to search and find for solutions of customers issues
  • Analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
  • Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
  • Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
  • Work shifts during business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience working as VIP Account manager within the iGaming industry
  • B2C
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian both written and spoken
  • Proactive person with good support / sales skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to details
  • Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
