About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts across the Nordic region, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth while maintaining a strong market presence for the WORX brand.
  • Develop and expand sales with key Danish customers and take ownership of the commercial success in assigned markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building and executing tailored account strategies and annual activity plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, develop agreements, and manage long-term strategic partnerships with leading Nordic retailers.
  • Actively drive business development and commercial execution in collaboration with the Sales Director Nordics and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze profitability and KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent WORX at customer meetings, trade shows, and events – building strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term success.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management and a proven track record in driving growth and business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of retail, distribution, and branded products.
  • Can work both strategically and hands-on, with a clear sense of ownership and execution focus.
  • Experience from Danish or Nordic sales environments is an advantage.
  • Working with KPIs, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent English and Danish skills – additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to new challenges with a proactive attitude.
