Ensure timely maintenance and upgrades through external providers
Support operational training for project launches and process improvements
Align retail targets and KPIs with Finance for clear communication and execution
Oversee retail communication strategy for streamlined management-to-store engagement
Manage the Retail Operations budget, ensuring targets are met and cost efficiencies identified
Establish KPIs and metrics to drive customer-focused strategies
Lead and support ad-hoc/ongoing retail projects, ensuring delivery to timescales and budget
Propose ideas for projects and initiatives to ensure a leading retail operation and represent retail in cross-departmental projects
Lead store openings utilising the retail openings calendar
Develop and build a library of best practices, processes and procedures for operational excellence
Own the Retail Calendar and disseminate information effectively across all departments
Line manage and develop Retail Coordinator, Retail Operations Assistant, and Store Operations Manager
Define Retail Operations Strategy in alignment with Retail Director and communicate effectively to wider business
Develop and maintain Health and Safety operational guidance for each location
Liaise with Health and Safety Consultant for procedure development and compliance
Ensure risk assessments, PAT testing, accident reports, fire risk assessments and first aider training are completed and filed
Requirements
Hybrid (Office 3 times per week) and happy to travel to stores where necessary
Demonstrable experience in a head office retail ops position, ideally within a luxury / premium space, working with suppliers and concession host stores
Experience managing and supporting a team, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity
