- Responsible for the day to day running of our Glasgow store
- Report into the Regional Manager

- Conduct appointments and elevating artistry
- Demonstrating a customer-centric approach
- Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter, creating business plans
- Complete and distribute rotas, logging payroll, sickness, holidays
- Oversee execution of inventory checks, stock counts and visual merchandising
- Accurately follow health and safety procedures
- Utilise retail management and team meetings to feedback on counter performance
- Ensure team and counter meet business objectives, targets and KPIs
- Motivate team, utilise education and training resources
- Conduct weekly 121s and monthly reviews
- Address performance, attendance or conduct issues
Requirements
- Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector
- Passionate for makeup and skincare
- Proven experience leading a team to success within the retail industry
- Adaptable and confident with an ever-changing environment
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and mathematical skills
- Comfortable working towards and exceeding KPIs
- Punctual and organised
