About the role

  • Report to the Regional Manager and manage day-to-day running of the Cambridge counter
  • Lead and motivate your team; achieve personal and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver artistry: conduct appointments and elevate product knowledge and customer-centric service
  • Create business plans and manage daily, monthly and quarterly counter operations
  • Complete and distribute rotas; log payroll, sickness, holidays, 121 notes, ROCs and RTW checks to HR system
  • Oversee inventory checks, stock counts and visual merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Use retail management and team meetings to report counter performance and address underperformance
  • Conduct weekly 121s and monthly reviews; address performance, attendance, or conduct issues and escalate when necessary
