About the role
- Responsible for generating revenue by understanding and supporting the growth of our existing customer base.
- Finding, developing, and closing contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services from a variety of assigned customer accounts.
- Managing customer relationships for growth as well as identifying and converting new sales targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data, via CRM software, to contribute to product/service planning.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $750k.
- Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization.
- Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation and ability to close.
- Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and rent a car for customer visits.
- Preferred Prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry.
