Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Microsoft consulting cloud services or big-ticket professional services.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform, you speak the language of digital transformation.
- A hunter’s mindset - you’re energized by opening new accounts and building from the ground up.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills - you know how to uncover pain points and position value.
- Experience using CRM tools like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Outreach to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
- A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work independently and the drive to win as part of a team.
