About the role
- Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
- Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
- Measure and record conversion rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, being fluent is essential.
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
- Based in Australia or within the AEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours.
- a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Solid track record in sourcing for the Australian market
- Creative problem solving and decision-making using analytical skills
- Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
