About the role

  • Sales : Engage with potential clients who have scheduled a call or inbound leads who have already shown interest in our services, as well as sourcing new leads through strategic prospecting. Conduct sales entirely over Google Meets, phone calls and email. Own the relationship with potential clients to convince them to take the next step in our sales process.
  • Education : Explain our process, answer client questions, and demonstrate how we address specific participant recruitment challenges. Make potential clients feel comfortable and informed, ensuring they understand the value of our services and are ready to move forward.
  • Problem-Solving : Ask probing questions to identify clients' biggest challenges and propose immediate solutions. Demonstrate deep expertise in our services, offering insightful suggestions even for unfamiliar challenges.
  • Learning : Quickly develop a thorough understanding of our industry, clients, their concerns, our service, and new technology. Receive training from our Sales Director, incorporate feedback effectively, and learn independently from provided resources. Adapt to clients' unique situations during calls, focusing on the most relevant parts of our service.
