Manage and prioritize Accounts Receivable (AR) tickets and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of account issues
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and a focus on resolution
Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and account updates accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service and accounting matters in a timely manner
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and related documentation within company systems
Record working hours, breaks, lunches, and any applicable overtime accurately in the time clock system, requesting supervisor approval for adjustments as needed
Submit time-off requests in advance for management review and approval
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and attendance standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder, or high school graduate with relevant working experience
Previous experience in customer service and accounts receivable or billing support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adjust communication style for technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform effectively under pressure while meeting productivity goals
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate and resolve complex issues appropriately
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and commitment to process improvement and quality outcomes
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
