About the role

  • Manage and prioritize Accounts Receivable (AR) tickets and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of account issues
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and a focus on resolution
  • Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and account updates accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service and accounting matters in a timely manner
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and related documentation within company systems
  • Record working hours, breaks, lunches, and any applicable overtime accurately in the time clock system, requesting supervisor approval for adjustments as needed
  • Submit time-off requests in advance for management review and approval
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and attendance standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, or high school graduate with relevant working experience
  • Previous experience in customer service and accounts receivable or billing support preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adjust communication style for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to perform effectively under pressure while meeting productivity goals
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate and resolve complex issues appropriately
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and commitment to process improvement and quality outcomes
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
