• Perform data recovery activities, including retrieving financial data from various sources (systems, emails, and physical documents)
• Coordinate and manage document collection, scanning, and digital archiving to ensure proper record-keeping
• Reconstruct and consolidate financial records where data gaps exist
• Conduct data reconciliation between multiple sources (Sunsystems, bank statements, supporting documents) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, sales, HR, etc.) and external parties (auditors, vendors, service providers, etc.) to obtain missing data and supporting documentation
• Organize and maintain structured documentation for ease of access and future reference
• Support the preparation of summary reports on data status, gaps, and reconciliation outcomes.
