• Manage and oversee general accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accruals, and reconciliations.

• Monitor cash inflows and outflows to identify potential liquidity risks.

• Accurately calculate monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and manage any compliance or policy violations.
• Administer and process all statutory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures, ensuring employees receive their correct entitlements.
• Draft, issue, and manage the lifecycle of various employment contracts, including probationary, official, and freelance agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date and highly confidential digital and physical personnel records, monitoring and updating data changes within the HR system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding salary, insurance, and company C&B policies. Resolve internal incidents and handle labor relations matter-of-factly as they arise.
• Deliver ad-hoc operational support and complete additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Design and deliver engagement initiatives aimed at embedding positive workplace cultural behaviours and boosting organizational pride.
• Develop creative concepts, draft scripts, and directly coordinate internal events from inception to execution (including team-building activities, year-end parties, birthday celebrations, and culture workshops).

• Assist with basic project administration and coordination.
