HR Operations Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with teams across TRG to to produce, manage, and update SOPs according to the company’s standards and guidelines
- Organize and maintain the SOP database for easy accessibility
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify processes and document requirements
- Based on your interests and availability, you may opt to: Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with intern onboarding programs and activities
- Help run employee engagement events and internal campaigns
- Contribute to learning & development projects
- Conduct HR research and support internal communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Proactive, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Creative and constantly looking for improvements
- Comfortable adapting into using different tools, platforms, and systems
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- A curious mind with a desire to learn and grow
