About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting other senior team members in a multitude of activities, ranging from sales and marketing to employee engagement and development.
- Conduct content planning and execute F&B events/promotions/campaigns.
- Research and curate informative and engaging content for website, blog, social channels.
- Provide support for the design team with photography.
- Plan and write content on channels; respond to customer comments and messages on social platforms.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to unify monthly and quarterly promotions and campaign schemes.
- Review performance on social channels and suggest solutions for improvement periodically.
- Document work processes, suggest periodic process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of the F&B industry and/ or customer service
- A genuine passion for coffee and delighting customers
- Well-organized, detail and result-oriented, and able to multitask
- A proactive and adaptive team player
- Proficient in various computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, order fulfillment, etc.
- Comfortable with speaking and writing in English
