Lead brand and reputation management efforts, including proactive positioning, reputation management, and storytelling tailored to financial services and insurance.
Ensure channel integration and consistency across paid media (digital and traditional), owned platforms (web, email, social), and earned media (PR, influencer, partnerships).
Partner with internal teams to develop and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels; leverage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive visibility and engagement.

Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, communications, and reputation management within an agency or corporate setting, ideally in financial services or insurance.
Proven ability to manage executive-level communications, brand positioning, and reputation management with composure and strategic clarity.
Demonstrated success leading campaigns across paid media, owned platforms, and earned media.
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, executive visibility, and digital reputation management strategies, such as SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Exceptional storytelling, content development, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives and measurable marketing outcomes.
Experience using analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams across marketing and communications disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
