About the role

  • Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency partnering with B2B SaaS companies to turn SEO and content into growth engines.
  • Own development and execution of creative, high-impact digital PR campaigns earning brand mentions and backlinks.
  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, market surveys and research, producing data-driven content, outreach, pitching journalists and influencers, and securing coverage supporting SEO, GEO, and brand goals.
  • Collaborate closely with organic growth strategy, editorial, and outreach teams to execute campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns across US, UK, and international markets; develop outreach strategies, media lists, and editorial calendars.
  • Create and send personalized pitches; collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to produce campaign assets.
  • Monitor journalist response rates and optimize outreach; support international campaigns via external PR partners or freelancers.
  • Join client calls to present ideas, share progress, report outcomes, and respond to ad hoc client requests.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like BuzzStream, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Help identify process or skill gaps, contribute to SOPs, and support hiring and training as the team expands.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital PR, ideally in an agency environment, with a track record of executing successful campaigns that drive coverage and high-quality backlinks.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality PR campaigns with measurable SEO and branding impact.
  • Worked closely with internal and client stakeholders to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Good understanding of the US and/or UK media landscape, active network of journalist and influencer contacts, and ability to research and engage with journalists.
  • Comfortable owning the end-to-end outreach process and refining messaging based on journalist feedback.
  • Ability to articulate ideas and campaign outcomes to clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence in client-facing roles.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, balancing multiple campaigns while keeping timelines, deliverables, and quality in check.
  • Adaptable and action-oriented; learns quickly from what works and what doesn’t.
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and accepts feedback.
  • Proactive and able to work independently, setting and achieving own goals.
  • Excited by potential to grow into a team lead as the department scales.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how digital PR ties into organic growth and content strategy.
