Recruiting: Actively search for qualified skilled trades professionals and technicians on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards; make the first contact, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews for the hiring manager.
Inside Sales: Proactively follow up with customers on existing leads and open quotes to help customers move forward and book services.
Phone Support: Act as a backup to answer incoming customer calls when main lines are busy, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
Admin: Keep customer and candidate records clean and up-to-date in the system.
Requirements
Exceptional English: You must have fluent, clear, and natural-sounding English (both spoken and written).
A Proactive Thinker: You don't wait to be told what to do. You can see a problem, think critically about the solution, and take initiative.
Confident on the Phone: You must be comfortable and professional making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of people.
Experience is a Plus: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or recruiting is highly valued.
