Assist marketing team with execution of logistics for CBORD’s annual User Group Conference, internal corporate events, and external industry tradeshows
Provide support for shipping, registration, event setup, and marketing content
Collaborate closely with the Events Manager and Marketing Managers to ensure smooth event operations
Register for shows and order show services; support attendee and exhibit registrations
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping for shows; assist with show calendars, task checklists, and budget tracking
Support managing association memberships and sponsorship deliverables; maintain product demo kits and demo accuracy
Assist with tradeshow booth/display maintenance, track and reorder giveaways and supplies, and process event invoices
Support UGC conference planning, scheduling, onsite operations, CVENT registration (room blocks, attendee communication), attendee/sponsor/internal support requests
Collect feedback, research industry trends, assist UGC communications (website updates, email campaigns, social media), equipment prep/shipping, billing reconciliation, and attendee payment tracking
Requirements
Bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant experience
1–4 years of experience supporting event operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear communication and good customer service
Experience with CVENT or other event platforms a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
Ability to assist with shipping and possibly lifting or moving equipment
Must comply with laws and internal policies for handling PHI/SPI
