Support SVP Chief Technology Officer as Executive Assistant within Hershey Executive Committee (EC)
Plan and execute stakeholder connections and meetups to maximize collaboration
Develop content for strategy, projects, board meetings, and other critical deliverables, including Board presentations that require creative visualization and may require late nights/weekends
Enable EC members by collaborating with leaders, EC support team, and external partners
Prepare EC member for commitments including internal townhalls, team meetings, and Global Management Business Reviews (GMBR)
Serve as extensive first-level point of contact for digital communications, calendar management, travel, and other communications, often acting entirely on behalf of the EC member
Facilitate and enable functional and unit team meetings; act as leadership team member from day 1
Take a point of view, voice opinions, get people to talk, and help EC member be a more effective leader
Design outcomes in partnership with EC teammate and own delivery of several outcomes
Requirements
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication

Extreme confidentiality and discretion
High proficiency with Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Strong commercial acumen or willingness to learn

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including listening and questioning
Ability to handle stressful, rapidly changing business situations
High level of confidence and protection for confidential files and communications
Ability to juggle multiple priorities flawlessly
Ability to challenge and push EC members when appropriate
Minimum of 2 years specialized C-Suite Professional Administrative Training (CPS or AA preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience at The Hershey Company OR minimum 10 years progressive administrative experience
