MORE Nutrition, Germany’s leading better-for-you nutrition brand, is expanding to the US — and we’re seeking a seasoned product strategist to lead our US portfolio development efforts. This role will define and own the product strategy for the US, translating our German product range into a market-relevant, high-impact portfolio tailored to American consumers. The Product Strategy & Portfolio Development Lead (gn) will work at the intersection of brand integrity, consumer insights, pricing architecture, manufacturing and omnichannel growth.
This is a remote position and must be based in Florida
Your mission
You curate and adapt the existing German product portfolio for the US market, identifying hero SKUs, opportunity gaps, and whitespace categories across better-for-you nutrition, and lifestyle offerings.
You spin off and localize flavor profiles, naming conventions, packaging, and product narratives that resonate with U.S. audiences while honoring MORE’s German DNA.
You define and structure the US category system by function, use case, and channel — driving clarity for both DTC and retail partners.
You build a pricing and margin strategy that accounts for US channel economics, including competitive benchmarking, promotions, pack formats, and trade structures.
You collaborate closely with the VP Brand USA, digital marketing, brand marketing and operations teams to ensure all SKUs are retail- and DTC-ready, including regulatory alignment, shelf-readiness, demand planning, and supply chain viability.
You partner with regulatory consultants to ensure full compliance with US standards, including labeling, claims, ingredient usage, and food safety.
You serve as the strategic product voice within the US leadership team, aligning internal stakeholders and external partners (co-mans and agencies) on timelines, and priorities.
