Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
6–8 years of brand marketing or go-to-market experience, ideally within beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success leading multi-market or regional brand launches.
Deep understanding of consumer insights, retail dynamics, and cultural nuance across North American markets.
Strategic and executional—you know how to build a plan and make it happen.
