Design and deploy the integrated EVP strategy, partnering actively with the Global People Team, COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Development, DEI, etc.), Marketing, Brand, and Internal/External Communications
Own, execute, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Docusign talent brand strategy and associated programs
Manage the external talent brand presence by creating and deploying regionally based content and storytelling across digital platforms (social media, blogs, external partner sites).
Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure the careers website accurately reflects the EVP and features current brand narratives
Drive measurable improvement in platforms like Glassdoor and execute strategy on local platforms such as Kununu
Lead the identification and implementation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to track and drive measurable outcomes.
You will create, track, and manage talent brand reports and ROI dashboards to prove campaign effectiveness and inform future investment strategy
Proactively build and nurture relationships with key external organizations, including local universities, alumni networks, and regional networking groups, to establish a consistent talent pipeline
Plan and execute local candidate events, thought leadership sessions, and brand activations to build pipeline awareness and drive direct candidate attraction
Design and implement content toolkits, talking points, and training materials that empower the Talent Acquisition team (Recruiters, RCs) to consistently and accurately communicate the EVP and brand position to candidates and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to encourage employees to share their positive experiences and become brand ambassadors, focusing on building and activating local employee networks to amplify our messaging
Actively seek the Voice of the Employee (VOE) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) and partner with the Employee Sentiment Manager to gather and use global feedback to refine brand messaging
Create, define, own, and drive the annual external survey submissions strategy and plan (e.g., HRC, Women in the Workplace) to earn external recognition
Create and manage strong working relationships with key contacts across Marketing, Brand, and Global People Team stakeholders, influencing alignment through expertise and data
Serve as the primary relationship manager for local brand vendors and be a key collaborator with global brand vendors, scouting and cultivating brand amplification opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of related experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, HR, Talent, or DEI
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end content execution, digital marketing strategy, and project management in a professional setting
Experience solving complex challenges and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
Proven ability to execute creative strategies that build brand visibility and challenge the status quo.
Direct experience designing and running Employee Advocacy programs
Experience working with cross-functional teams and solving complex challenges related to talent attraction and engagement without direct authority
Strong understanding of international markets, specifically the German talent landscape, and local review platforms (e.g., Kununu)
Experience in planning and executing candidate-facing events and building university or professional networking partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, track, and interpret talent brand reports and ROI.
