About the role
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for a portfolio of partners and business leaders.
- Build and execute joint GTM strategies—from messaging to pipeline generation—aligned to TP’s priorities and partner value.
- Design and deliver integrated ABM campaigns (digital, webinars, and events) to drive engagement and accelerate pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on messaging, positioning, and campaign themes that highlight shared customer value.
- Ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all partner touchpoints, including joint speaking opportunities.
- Develop and amplify thought leadership content (whitepapers, blogs, webinars) across TP and partner channels.
- Evolve and scale TP’s partner programs to deliver measurable impact for both TP and our partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with experience driving co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Strong grasp of GTM strategy, ABM, and thought leadership marketing.
- Skilled in partner relationship management, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
- Analytical and data-driven—able to track performance, assess ROI, and optimize investments.
- Proven ability to manage partner-marketing funds and report on pipeline and revenue impact.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Must be located within the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
