Analyze and document client business requirements through interviews and surveys.
Translate client requirements into clear product requirements and maintain documentation of changes and rationale.
Provide strategic input to product and R&D teams based on customer feedback, market trends, and technology advancements.
Develop deep expertise in Toshiba systems to serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
Manage client backlogs, priorities, and milestones, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Research client questions and provide accurate answers using test systems, documentation, and SME input.
Support development, testing, and deployment—reviewing test cases, participating in execution, and validating solutions.
Monitor project scope, identify changes, and lead scope discussions with clients.
Stay informed on AI, edge computing, and retail transformation trends to support thought leadership and roadmap planning.
Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in retail consulting, technical business analysis, or innovation leadership.
Proven experience working with software development teams and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex technologies to business audiences.
Strong analytical, logical problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to create clear, effective product documentation.
Deep understanding of retail operations, technology integrations, and in-store workflows.
Hands-on or delivery experience with AI, computer vision, or edge devices.
