• Handle escalations, inquiries, onboarding, inventory management, training, and account details for mid-sized accounts.
• Coordinate with SSR & SDM for inquiries and escalations; monitor SLA performance.
• Monitor and create calls for customers; escalate tickets as needed.
• Assist with revenue/cost forecasting and P&L for assigned accounts.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports; track SLA compliance.
• Participate in client projects such as store openings or rollouts under guidance.

• Sales Interaction: Support renewals and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Business Analyst

• Partner with retail decision-makers and frontline teams to build trust, identify opportunities, and enable adoption of AI, computer vision, and edge-based solutions.
• Analyze and document client business requirements through interviews and surveys.
• Translate client requirements into clear product requirements and maintain documentation of changes and rationale.
• Provide strategic input to product and R&D teams based on customer feedback, market trends, and technology advancements.
• Develop deep expertise in Toshiba systems to serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Manage client backlogs, priorities, and milestones, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Research client questions and provide accurate answers using test systems, documentation, and SME input.
• Support development, testing, and deployment—reviewing test cases, participating in execution, and validating solutions.
• Monitor project scope, identify changes, and lead scope discussions with clients.
• Stay informed on AI, edge computing, and retail transformation trends to support thought leadership and roadmap planning.
• Travel up to 25%.
