• Country Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial and commercial leadership for the country.
• Involved in and partner with the business to set strategy and deliver on achieving key strategic targets including annual financial targets.
• Drive profitability by partnering with the business to set strategic goals, monitor these goals and determine solutions to improve business and financial performance.
• Prepare & refine business plan/budget/forecast to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data, while delivering in-depth analysis to support performance improvement.
• Proactively provide commercial support and partner with the business to support our customers in the “sales to delivery”.
• Ensure all financial reports are prepared in an accurate & timely manner and include the material business operation.
