About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Formulate and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and achieve financial targets
- Lead branch operations with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and service excellence
- Drive business development for both overseas and local control segments
- Deliver topline revenue growth and bottom-line profitability
- Monitor and ensure station performance meets defined KPIs and operational standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the station team
- Develop team capabilities through training, performance evaluation, and career development planning
- Oversee daily operational and sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to enhance market position and growth
- Maximize financial performance through effective cost management and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing customers
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers through strong team execution
- Optimize return on investment across the SME sales accounts segment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding practices and logistics operations
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and drive growth
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
- Proficient in reporting, presentation, and business performance analysis
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
