About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, industries, and target market segments.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer engagement activities.
  • Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling of Toll products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, customer visits, business reviews and solution discussions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective responses to customer inquiries, sales leads and business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for direct reporting and collaboration with National Sales Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven record in managing complex customer relationships and driving account growth.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
