About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support warehouse operations, inventory control, freight handling, and the safe movement of Defence-related equipment and materials.
Ensure that all tasks are performed in compliance with Toll Government & Defence contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Use WMS, MHE, inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distribution of Defence equipment, supplies, and materials.
Collaborate with your team to achieve operational targets and deliver results that matter.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or related industries (desirable but not essential).
A current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
A valid driver’s license (C class).
Must hold current NV 1 Security Clearance.
Working outdoors to deliver stores and equipment to defence personnel in the field.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
A safety-first mindset.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
