About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, sales, and G&A roles
- Handle a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and candidate care
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing intake, process, and selection
- Source talent creatively in the Austin market through multiple channels
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on recruiting activity and results
- Use Greenhouse and AI + automation to optimize recruiting efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruiting practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to recruit and source in the Austin market
- Strong organizational skills to balance shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2–3 days per week
- Experience with Greenhouse and familiarity with AI + automation tools
- Ability to handle high-volume, high-pressure recruiting and heavy req loads
- Relationship-building and ability to act as strategic partner to hiring managers
