Customer Success Manager

• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and ensuring they are met through the platform
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor usage and overall satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
• Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the product team when necessary
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Monitor usage and identify churn risks early, addressing them with tailored support
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to execute them
• Provide customer insights to product and engineering teams to help shape product direction
• Share trends, wins, and blockers with the broader customer success and sales teams

Performance Marketing

• Build and manage one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns for strategic and enterprise accounts
• Develop account-specific and persona-specific outreach strategies
• Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, phone, ringless voicemail, direct mail, and other creative tactics
• Partner with sales leadership, BDRs, AEs, and GTM operators to improve account penetration and meeting generation
• Help shape executive-first outreach motions, especially for VP- and Director-level buyers
• Translate campaign goals into clear messaging, CTA strategy, sequencing, and follow-up plans
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to identify and develop the assets needed to support campaigns
• Help drive campaign inputs for persona-based and trade-based landing pages
• Define campaign success metrics and track performance across channels
• Partner with GTM ops / RevOps / data resources to improve attribution, reporting, and campaign visibility
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, offers, and channel mix
• Build repeatable playbooks for strategic account campaigns and share learnings across the GTM team

Enterprise Campaign Manager

Director

• This is a foundational hire - you'll be the person who makes sure the revenue org is operating off clean, trusted numbers, that our GTM tech stack works as a system, and that the definitions of what we measure are consistent across sales, marketing, finance, and product.
• Establish and enforce canonical definitions for ARR, MQL, activation, churn, and other core revenue metrics across GTM and finance
• Serve as the internal arbiter when numbers don’t match - find the root cause and fix it at the source
• Own the data dictionary and make sure documentation stays current as the business evolves
• Own the GTM tech stack: Hubspot, Maxio, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and the connections between them
• Manage vendor relationships and make build vs. buy decisions on tooling
• Partner with our GTM engineers on technical execution - you set direction, they build
• Manage the relationship with our external RevOps agency and oversee the handoff of the quote-to-cash build
• Own pipeline reporting, conversion analysis, and revenue forecasting inputs for the executive team
• Build and maintain dashboards that give the sales and marketing teams self-serve visibility into what’s working
• Surface the data that drives decisions - not just the data that answers questions after the fact
• Be the connective tissue between sales, marketing, CS, finance, and product on anything data or systems related
• Partner with the product team to make sure product usage signals in Amplitude are surfaced to the revenue org in useful ways
• Bring the same rigor to product-side metrics that you bring to GTM - activation, engagement, and expansion signals matter as much as pipeline.

Director of Revenue

• Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs from strategy through activation.
• Build personalization systems at scale using AI-assisted copy, dynamic messaging frameworks, and persona-based segmentation.
• Develop creative multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, video, etc.) tailored to specific company types, roles, and buying signals.
• Own lead generation strategy, identifying net-new account targets, refining ICP, and building programs that continuously surface high-fit prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and BDR Managers to translate account intelligence into tailored outreach that resonates at the individual level.
• Test, measure, and iterate on campaign performance, owning open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline sourced.
• Identify and operationalize buying signals (intent data, product usage, job postings, website visits) into triggered campaign plays.
