About the role

  • Building and coaching a team of Emerging Market Account Executives
  • Work closely with sales team to understand restaurants' unique needs and develop customized solutions
  • Work with Director and GVP to size and scope the opportunity in emerging markets and accelerate go-to-market motion
  • Directly manages 6-8 Account Executives and is responsible for their productivity and pipelines
  • Coach reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and craft solutions in Korean
  • Support the Director by gathering front-line feedback and helping determine resource investments in emerging markets
  • Find opportunities to make the funnel for each Market more efficient with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery

Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin and will be expected to coach their reps and communicate with prospects in Mandarin
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Passionate with the ability to inspire and motivate those around them
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
