Identify, target, and engage prospective partners that align with Nabla’s go-to-market strategy to determine the best partnership approach (reseller vs marketplace)
Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new partner contracts
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across EHRs and other healthcare technology vendors
Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan focused on new business generation
Negotiate contracts to incentive fast adoption across their user base to improve initial revenue recognition for Nabla
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual net new partner sales targets
Establish executive-level relationships within partner organizations to secure long-term strategic alignment
Position Nabla as a trusted partner by deeply understanding prospect needs and pain points to best determine the optimal partnership path
Work with Marketing to collaborate on lead generation campaigns targeting ideal partner prospects
Work in tandem with the Partnerships Director to scope out strategic partnership rollouts and facilitate the handoff post contract signing
Engage with Product teams to align Nabla’s roadmap to partner value propositions
Collaborate with Legal and Finance to negotiate contracts that balance growth and adoption
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and overall dynamics
Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and partner needs to shape Nabla’s strategy
Requirements
8+ years Experience in healthcare, health IT, and/or SaaS partnership sales
Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic partnership opportunities
Skilled negotiator who can create win-win outcomes
Exceptional relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong collaborator who can work effectively across teams and with executive stakeholders
