• Establish and maintain a single, centralized source of truth for the product roadmap that Leadership, Engineering, and GTM teams can rely on.
• Design and orchestrate a standardized launch readiness process across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Field teams.
• Build and operate the system that aggregates field feedback from Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Support into actionable, prioritized signals for PMs.

• Lead the strategy and execution for making TiDB the unified data platform for AI applications, including the development and release of AI SDKs.
• Drive integrations with major OSS AI frameworks and establish technical partnerships with key AI partners & players.
• Spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) that showcase TiDB's capabilities in the AI ecosystem.
• Own and manage the AI product innovation pipeline (e.g., "Pantheon AI").
• Own and be responsible for achieving the AI Industry SMB Sales quota in the North American market.
• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AI products in the NA SMB segment.

• Drive the development of online services for the Cloud Business Group (CBG), such as aggregated search, bug tracking, and partner portals.
