About the role

  • Define, launch, and scale strategies that align drug access, provider economics, and patient outcomes
  • Support commercial provider partnerships by building and sustaining relationships with oncology practices, MSOs, and hospital systems
  • Drive value-based agreements at scale, collaborating with physicians, administrators, and MSO executives to align financial, operational, and clinical incentives
  • Represent Thyme Care in external negotiations with provider groups, GPOs, and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish commercial leadership and scale value-based drug partnerships

Requirements

  • 8+ years of oncology commercial leadership experience, with a strong track record in national and/or regional account management
  • Established and trusted relationships with oncology practices, MSOs, hospital systems, and GPOs
  • Experience negotiating, selling, or implementing value-based drug agreements
  • Familiarity with buy-and-bill dynamics and provider economics
  • Proven ability to build and scale commercial partnerships in complex healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated success taking initiatives from concept through commercialization
  • Proven track record of delivering strong financial performance and meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments; bias for action and adaptability
  • Reputation for integrity, collaboration, and selfless leadership
