Support commercial provider partnerships by building and sustaining relationships with oncology practices, MSOs, and hospital systems
Drive value-based agreements at scale, collaborating with physicians, administrators, and MSO executives to align financial, operational, and clinical incentives
Represent Thyme Care in external negotiations with provider groups, GPOs, and manufacturers
Collaborate with senior leaders to establish commercial leadership and scale value-based drug partnerships
Requirements
8+ years of oncology commercial leadership experience, with a strong track record in national and/or regional account management
Established and trusted relationships with oncology practices, MSOs, hospital systems, and GPOs
Experience negotiating, selling, or implementing value-based drug agreements
Familiarity with buy-and-bill dynamics and provider economics
Proven ability to build and scale commercial partnerships in complex healthcare environments
Demonstrated success taking initiatives from concept through commercialization
Proven track record of delivering strong financial performance and meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
Ability to thrive in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments; bias for action and adaptability
