Operations

• Own end-to-end operational execution for Thyme Care’s member-facing Care Team for partner-specific requirements across Thyme Care’s partners (including health plans and provider groups)
• Independently project-manage partner implementations and partner-specific operational initiatives from planning through execution and optimization within the Care Team, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps
• Improve project management structures, tools, and processes as needed to support scale
• Serve as the primary operational owner for Care Team workflows across internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure care delivery aligns with contractual commitments and partner expectations
• Analyze partner-level operational Care Team metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Drive execution against any partner-specific data-driven improvement efforts using existing dashboards and creating new ones, as needed
• Own documentation of partner-specific workflows and requirements to enable consistent execution by the Care Team
• Ensure partner documentation is centralized, accurate, and scalable as workflows evolve
• Participate in external partner discussions alongside Account Managers to ensure seamless enablement of partner needs within Thyme Care’s operational infrastructure

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop and deliver multiple features within the Thyme Box product, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product to scope experiments and shape new product ideas.

Software Engineer

Recruitment

• Hire a high monthly volume of nurses and other clinical talent as needed by Thyme Care.
• Optimize the recruiting strategy for clinical and frontline hires.
• Collaborate closely with the existing recruiting team and internal stakeholders.
• Enhance and establish end-to-end recruitment processes as necessary.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with the oncology field and Value-Based Care.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers in role definition and candidate selection.
• Flexibility to support recruitment efforts for other positions throughout the organization.

Senior Contract Recruiter

Contract Recruiter

Designer

• Evaluate program performance: Define success metrics and monitor care delivery programs across clinical outcomes, member experience, utilization, and cost. Identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support ROI and sustainability assessments: Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Finance teams to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of new and existing programs. Help inform decisions about program refinement, continued investment, and scale.
• Translate insights into action: Synthesize clinical, operational, and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and frontline teams. Support implementation of changes that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Partner on program design and evolution: Contribute to early program design to ensure initiatives are operationally feasible, measurable, and positioned for scale. Help evolve programs over time based on performance learnings.
• Support operational optimization: Work with operations and clinical leaders to identify process, staffing, or workflow adjustments that improve program performance and consistency.

Senior Manager, Innovation – Design

Actuary

• Own and execute recurring actuarial and financial analysis for multiple value-based care contracts, including development and maintenance of forecasting models, evaluation of program efficacy using advanced statistical methods, and designing / deploying large-scale database solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in actuarial workflows.
• Support business development by building actuarial client relationships and own end-to-end actuarial analytic functions relating to a portfolio of national payer clients.
• Partner with actuarial and finance leadership to support financial reconciliations and performance reviews, including preparing analysis outputs and presenting results to executive audiences.
• Develop, run, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate healthcare claims and operational data used in actuarial analyses and performance estimates.
• Perform ad hoc and exploratory data analyses to investigate performance trends, identify drivers of over- or under-performance, and surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate the reasonableness and sensitivity of model outputs, proactively identifying data quality issues, assumptions, or emerging risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, clinical, and operations teams to ensure alignment between data, models, and real-world workflows.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of actuarial processes and analytical pipelines as the organization scales, helping to establish best practices in a start-up environment.

Actuary – Senior Actuarial Analyst

QA Engineer

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators, Associates, and Senior Associates
• Own the execution and evolution of our Quality Assurance program for the Care Team
• Partner closely with Care Delivery Leadership, Care Team Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and support the Quality Assurance team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
• Ensure Quality Assurance new hires are trained effectively and set up for long-term success
• Own monthly QA operations, including workload planning, QA completion tracking, calibration scheduling, and facilitation
• Contribute directly to QA reviews by evaluating Care Team interactions and auditing QA team reviews
• Own the implementation, ongoing management, and optimization of an AI-based Quality Assurance tool
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of the QA program through process improvement, calibration, and automation

• Work hand in hand with Partnership Ops and client partners to build aligned acquisition strategies and benefit communications.

Director, Member Awareness – Activation

Affiliate Manager

• Engage Thyme Care members in their communities and offer navigation support through their cancer journey
• Report to a Care Partner Team Lead
• Spend a portion of your time each week engaging members in person directly within the community and a portion of your time each week supporting members virtually
• Connect with members by phone, text, and email
• Serve as “boots on the ground” - an in-person extension of hybrid care model
• Connect to and enroll members into our program
• Deliver care & support to those who prefer in-person rather than virtual services
• Assist with high-risk members who have been recently discharged from the hospital
• Facilitate telemedicine visits for Thyme Care Medical providers
• Coordinate the set-up of devices that empower members to easily access telemedicine services
• Identify changes in members' health & social needs, discuss their goals and values to support advanced care planning, and connect them to resources
• Assess the urgency of member needs, determine the root cause and establish appropriate next steps
• Connect members to appropriate healthcare and community-based resources including Thyme Care nurses and providers
• Research and connect members with external healthcare providers, transportation, financial grants, emotional support resources, and insurance-provided benefits
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the member has holistic support.
