Artificial Intelligence

• Own AI governance intake: ensure pilots, purchases, and launches go through proper security and risk reviews before they happen
• Facilitate governance committee reviews and drive decisions to resolution
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure of our AI program: documentation, audit trails, escalation pathways
• Operationalize evals, labeling and monitoring in ways that serve PMs, engineers, clinicians and other cross-functional stakeholders

• Own strategic programs end-to-end: from hypothesis refinement through execution and scaling

Product Manager

• Own Thyme Care Connect end-to-end: lead the evolution of our member web app from its current state into a cohesive, trusted digital experience that members return to throughout their care journey
• Shape how AI transforms the member experience: lead the strategy for AI-powered engagement — from personalized guidance to intelligent outreach — determining where AI augments vs. replaces human interaction while ensuring clinical safety, and trust, and great user experiences
• Drive cross-functional alignment: partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Care Delivery Operations, Clinical, Data Science, and Growth to deliver a cohesive member experience
• Champion the member perspective: ground product decisions in deep understanding of our members — their fears, needs, and moments that matter — through ongoing user research and close partnership with care delivery teams
• Build foundational product systems: establish the infrastructure, patterns, and frameworks that allow the member experience to scale — including personalization, content delivery, and engagement measurement

Principal Product Manager, Member-Facing Products

• Own partner data integrations end-to-end: lead implementations with payers and providers, managing data ingestion, quality, enrollment logic, and return files from kickoff through go-live and ongoing operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external data counterparts: negotiate data specifications, troubleshoot issues, and build strong working relationships with partner organizations

Chief of Staff

• Serve as an extension of the Care Delivery lead — translating leadership priorities into structured workplans, clear owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Track and drive progress on the highest-priority initiatives across clinical operations.
• Identify where cross-functional efforts are stalling, misaligned, or under-resourced — and intervene to get them back on track.
• Contribute to the preparation for high-stakes external engagements including board meetings & partner business reviews.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between the Care Delivery organization and its partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Business Development.

• Directly lead a team of Nursing Managers who oversee a team of Nursing Team Leads who supervise a team of 250 nurses and growing.
• Own the clinical integrity of nursing practice across the care model, ensuring alignment with evidence-based standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational protocols.
• Accountable for nursing-specific KPIs including productivity, quality, response time adherence, escalation rates, care plan completion, and quality measure performance.
• Serve as the primary nursing voice in product development, technology roadmap discussions, and workflow design.

Director of Nursing

Solutions Engineer

• Collaborate closely with our Product Manager and other Data teammates focused on data ingestion and analytics engineering
• Support ingestion of a wide range of healthcare-related sources by configuring net-new ingestions, debugging issues, and standardizing processes
• Collaborate with data scientist deal owners and internal stakeholders to turn messy requirements into concrete mapping logic and data contracts
• Use Dagster and GitHub Actions to orchestrate and automate early stages of data pipelines
• Work hands-on with raw data using Jupyter Notebooks in Databricks to investigate data issues
• Design and support incremental data loads and safe reprocessing
• Learn to use Datadog and PagerDuty to monitor pipelines, triage incidents, and drive root-cause fixes

• Own end-to-end operational execution for Thyme Care’s member-facing Care Team for partner-specific requirements across Thyme Care’s partners (including health plans and provider groups)
• Independently project-manage partner implementations and partner-specific operational initiatives from planning through execution and optimization within the Care Team, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps
• Improve project management structures, tools, and processes as needed to support scale
• Serve as the primary operational owner for Care Team workflows across internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure care delivery aligns with contractual commitments and partner expectations
• Analyze partner-level operational Care Team metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities for improvement.
