About the role

  • Own the annual goal setting process for digital channels and website experiences
  • Contribute to the broader Digital Organization's annual OKR setting and ongoing measurement
  • Create, deliver, and interpret weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing reporting from existing tools (e.g., Tableau, SFDC) as well as self-generated reports
  • Identify trends and underlying reasons for those trends across business units and within key industries
  • Establish and iterate on reporting templates to facilitate actionable conversations with senior leadership within Marketing
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to ensure digital performance complements holistic marketing performance and QBR processes
  • Investigate data anomalies to identify root cause and opportunities for optimization or clean-up
  • Define success via internal and external benchmarks and ensure outcomes can be accurately measured
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, synthesize data into actionable insights, and present recommendations to marketing leadership to drive digital transformation and business goals

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics required
  • Degree in marketing, finance or other related field
  • Experience with web and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Snowflake
  • Experience in annual target and goal setting activities
  • Strong strategic thinker able to synthesize large amounts of data into digestible, practical strategies & tactics
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology trends; expert understanding of channel and on-site KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail orientation and excellent follow-through
  • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership
