About the role
- Partner with our Chief Product Officer and the product leadership team to drive the strategic people agenda and align HR strategies with business objectives
- Collaborate with key teams to foster innovation and transformation within the organization
- Lead change management initiatives, acting as a change agent to drive business growth
- Develop and implement talent strategy and organizational development plans using predictive analytics and scenario modelling
- Identify future capabilities and align talent strategies with industry trends and business needs
- Strengthen the talent pool through succession planning, talent flow and career management
- Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for leaders to improve their performance and drive business growth
- Provide coaching, development and mentoring to a small team of direct report HRBPs
- Improve business effectiveness through operational enhancements aligned with the business model
- Promote an inclusive and values-driven culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with increasing responsibility
- Experience in high-functioning software development/technology-based organizations or similar
- Experience supporting product, technology or go-to-market organizations, preferably in a software/digital environment
- Strong consulting skills and strategic advisor with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural international environment
- M&A experience is a plus
