About the role

  • Partner with our Chief Product Officer and the product leadership team to drive the strategic people agenda and align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with key teams to foster innovation and transformation within the organization
  • Lead change management initiatives, acting as a change agent to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement talent strategy and organizational development plans using predictive analytics and scenario modelling
  • Identify future capabilities and align talent strategies with industry trends and business needs
  • Strengthen the talent pool through succession planning, talent flow and career management
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for leaders to improve their performance and drive business growth
  • Provide coaching, development and mentoring to a small team of direct report HRBPs
  • Improve business effectiveness through operational enhancements aligned with the business model
  • Promote an inclusive and values-driven culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in high-functioning software development/technology-based organizations or similar
  • Experience supporting product, technology or go-to-market organizations, preferably in a software/digital environment
  • Strong consulting skills and strategic advisor with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural international environment
  • M&A experience is a plus
